I don’t know maybe it’s because my friends know my personality, I like to have a bit of fun, play on things. So they just get stuck into me every now and then. I guess that’s a good quality, if you can give a joke but also take them back.

In my spare time I basically hang out with my friends. I’m a very sporty kind of guy, I’m very sports-orientated. I actually play football on the weekend with my friends, like to go down to the beach, have a surf, go to Mount Buller [and] go snowboarding.

Professional model, obviously you get stereotypes, people are just like, ‘Oh he’s just a male model, he’s actually really stupid.’ I actually disagree I’ve just finished my commerce degree so people might think I’m a stereotype but I’m not a Zoolander, I’m not your typical male model. I’m quite intelligent and I love my sport and I’m very athletic.

I wish I could see their reaction because I think it will be hilarious, especially my close friends ’cause I’m a person who really can’t keep secrets, so this has been really tough for me. They’ll be like, “I can’t believe Ryan hasn’t told me about that!”

You don’t want people to go in the House and be really boring. I really hope it’s a diverse group and you get some real funny characters in there that will be real entertaining … hopefully there’s a couple of nice-looking females in there as well!

I love Facebook. If you ask my parents, ‘Does Ryan spend much time on Facebook?’ Mum would be like, ‘Ryan spends all his time on Facebook – that’s all he does! Be it on his computer or his phone.’ I just like socialising that’s who I am, I like interacting with people.

My friends always comment on my status updates, they just laugh and comment saying “You’re so silly.” I’ll just randomly say something, like I’ll be just walking down the street and I’ll just randomly comment on someone’s jacket and say, “Look at this guy’s jacket like what was he thinking? This is a terrible jacket,” or, yeah, just really odd things. But I don’t mind uploading some photos after a night out with my friends as well. I’m not one of those guys who’ll do three or four statuses in one day but I’ll put one or two random things every now and then and the photo upload.
