Country lass Zoe is going onto the Big Brother House looking for a laugh and maybe even some love.
Tell us about yourself.
I'm a professional student. I thoroughly enjoy having no job. It’s good because I can put heaps of time into my work and not have to worry about failing or anything.
When was the last time you laughed heaps?
A massive laugh? Um, I laugh every day. Like, um, we were watching cinnamon challenges on YouTube, so I tried to do one. So I ate a spoonful of cinnamon, I almost died.
What makes you most nervous about Big Brother?
The thing I’m most nervous about going into the house is being naked on telly. Um, not that I’m going to be, I’ve got some swimmers to wear in the shower and stuff but people say that you probably forget that the cameras are around.
How are country people different from city people do you think?
What makes us country people different from city folk is that we are very down to earth, and I mean, I’m not saying city people aren’t but there’s a vibe I reckon that comes from country people. Like, you go somewhere and you're like, 'G’day'. Country people are very open and very happy to be around other people. We’ve got fresh air, we're not confined in tiny little small buildings and stuff, so, you've got room to move, which means you’re a bit more free with what you do.
What makes a good Housemate?
A good Housemate is someone who’s considerate of other people. Someone who’s clean, you know. It's fine if the bedroom’s messy, I reckon that’s alright, but the kitchen where people eat, that's gotta be clean. Someone who’s nice, someone who’s considerate, I hate people who talk over the top of people, [that] really frustrates me.
What kind of Housemate do you think you’ll be?
I’d be someone who’s willing to listen to anyone. I might be a bit bossy, I tend to, I don’t know what it is, might be how tall I am and my presence in a group or something, but I feel like I need to take over. I feel like I just get this like leadership boom. I always just find myself doing it. I hate it. I hate that I do it.
Do you have any phobias?
Yes! I am terrified, makes me sick thinking about it actually. I'm terrified of sharks. I can't even look at a picture of them.
What’s your relationship status?
My relationship status is single. Single. Single. Single. Single and ready to mingle.
What kind of guy are you looking for?
My future boy has to be tall, ’cause I don’t want to feel big and bulkier than him, so I like tall, broad shoulders, [a] big rugby stocky lad. I don't care on looks, as long as he's a nice bloke. And [he] needs to be funny, has to make me laugh. Someone who’ll hold your hand in public or come give you a cuddle in public, that sort of thing.
